  • Represented a national retailer in the leasing and development of three 1,000,000+ square foot distribution centers in various locations nationwide, totaling more than $330 million.

  • Represented a regional grocery chain in the expansion, acquisition, and development of new stores in new markets.

  • Represented a local Minnesota-based retailer in a nationwide expansion and acquisition campaign.

Financing

  • Represents national lenders in various development and construction projects throughout the Midwest.

  • Represented national and international institutional lenders in the financing and development of solar and wind energy projects nationwide, totaling over $1.5 billion and providing more than 600 MV of renewable energy.

  • Represented a national lender in the financing and development of a multifamily housing project involving historic tax credits and municipal bond financing totaling $32 million.

Advising

  • Advises a senior housing developer in various projects throughout the Midwest, worth over $150 million.

  • Advises small businesses and nonprofits regarding general transactional matters in Minnesota.

  • Represented local composers, podcasters, and a dance company in general contract matters.

  • Represented a national energy corporation in connection with numerous real estate matters.

  • Represented a pro bono client in divorce / dissolution proceedings.
