Represented a local Minnesota-based retailer in a nationwide expansion and acquisition campaign.

Represents national lenders in various development and construction projects throughout the Midwest.
Represented national and international institutional lenders in the financing and development of solar and wind energy projects nationwide, totaling over $1.5 billion and providing more than 600 MV of renewable energy.
Represented a national lender in the financing and development of a multifamily housing project involving historic tax credits and municipal bond financing totaling $32 million.
